Hand Prayer of the Five Sacred Elements

The Hand Prayer Devotional Handbook presents the hand as a sacred vessel that reflects the cosmos and connects the body to divine forces through intentional prayer.
It introduces a guided practice where each finger represents one of the five elements—Spirit, Fire, Air, Water, and Earth—invoking Bathala, the Diwata, and ancestral energies for balance and healing.
Each finger is paired with a specific prayer that cultivates qualities such as purpose, courage, wisdom, emotional healing, and groundedness.
The handbook emphasizes that hands are not only for prayer but also for action—serving as instruments of healing, charity, and sacred work in daily life.
It also relates these practices to global spiritual traditions, showing how hand gestures and movements are universally used to channel faith, intention, and divine connection

Devotional Guide for Nabansagan: Path of Embodied Relationship with the Diwata

The Devotional Guide for Nabansagan explains the spiritual path of individuals who have received a sacred indigenous name through the Bansagan ritual, guiding them to live out their identity in relationship with the Diwata.
It teaches that being Nabansagan is not only about receiving a name, but about embodying it through daily devotion, prayer, offerings, and spiritual awareness.
The guide outlines structured practices such as the 7–9 day bonding period, daily rituals, communication with the Diwata, and reflective journaling to deepen connection.
It emphasizes that spirituality should be integrated into everyday life, where ordinary actions like eating, breathing, and working become sacred acts.
Ultimately, it presents the Nabansagan path as a lifelong journey of relationship, transformation, and possible service, where the Diwata becomes a constant companion in all aspects of life.

The Story of Umli and the Sacred Creation: An Illustrated Journey into Templong Anituhan Cosmology

The Colorful Umli Storybook tells the origin of the universe beginning with Umli, the unseen Supreme Source who initiated creation.
From Umli emerged the Diwata, who shaped the world using the elements, and the Engkanto, who brought life to nature and its forms.
The Anito were then created as ancestral elders who carry memory, wisdom, and guidance for humanity.
Humans were formed as bridge beings, connected both to the spiritual realm and the natural world, carrying both higher and lower selves.
The story teaches that harmony comes from remembering our connection to Umli, the Diwata, the Engkanto, and the Anito, and living in balance with all creation.
