Templong Anituhan

I remember that when I was the Municipal Secretary and Facilitator of Kabataang Panlalawigan Nagkakaisa Laban sa Ipinagbabawal na Gamot in 1997 that we are conducting a 3 day Live-in Seminar/Workshop on leadership training in rehabilitating Out-of-School Youth of San Jose Del Monte in the province of Bulacan when I started to share secretly my deep interest in Mysticism and Occult on a selected friend.

Then on October 30, 1998 I formally call the secret group as the Blessed Circle of the Almighty. Though the very foundation of my mystical and magical interest is not yet on Filipino Magick but rather on Folk Mysticism that expand to the teachings of Wicca on later days. But the foundational Philosophy that I follow as I hear it in my mind is that: The Wisdom of God gave knowledge to men; and the Wisdom of Men is to know God.

Then by December 13, 2000- I established an Online Group way back then at Yahoo! Clubs that we call as Luntian. At that time, the Battle between the Right Hand Path and Left-hand Path are very prevalent. The Choice of being a White Witch or Dark Witch. But in my mind, we do not need to choose whether you are left or right because in our Physical Body Manifestation, we need both the left and the right just like in the Nursery Rhyme, we only need to Hold it up high so clean and bright.

So, I choose the name Luntian which means Green that stands on the middle of the Spectrum on which the Color Red is on the base and Violet is at the top. While the Color Green stands on the Middle which becomes a Gate Way portal of all colors passing through it from top to bottom and bottom to top.

In my Mind, the Color Green represents the Color of Plants that I connect to Life and Wealth which also comes to abundance and prosperity. Though at time, Internet is already handy just like the group has been established online. So, we benefit a lot through the power of internet. So, internet have helped us know more about the information we wanted to learn such as the spiritual meaning and symbolism of the color Green.

Mystical and Magical Symbolism of Green

1. Life and Vitality

• Green is the color of nature, growth, and renewal.
• It symbolizes the life force or UliRat in Luntiang Aghama teachings—connected to breath, body, and the energy of being alive.

2. Healing and Balance

• Associated with Hilot and traditional healing practices.
• Green represents equilibrium, restoration, and harmony—balancing the physical and spiritual bodies.

3. Heart and Compassion

• In energy systems like the chakra tradition, green corresponds to the heart center (Anahata), symbolizing love, empathy, and connection.
• In Filipino mysticism, it may relate to Muwang—the soul of intimacy and nurturing.

4. Abundance and Prosperity

• Green is often linked to fertility, wealth, and growth—both material and spiritual.
• It reflects the blessings of the earth and the generosity of nature.

5. Spiritual Awakening

• As a midpoint in the spectrum, green bridges the lower grounding energies (red, orange) and the higher spiritual energies (blue, violet).
• It is a gateway color for transformation and awakening.

6. Protection and Peace

• Used in rituals for calming, shielding, and invoking peace.
• Green herbs and plants are often used in banishing negativity and cleansing spaces.

From that time at Yahoo! Clubs Luntian- a weekly meet up was held and sharing of knowledge and technology transfer happened until we have created a Curriculum on Psychism which we study psychic phenomena and develop our abilities on it. Initially, I was assigned to present that topic of Psychism that I developed my own curriculum on it that later on offer it as a free course/workshop when we become Luntiang Aghama.

How do the word Aghama added to the name Luntian?

Well, during our early years when we do meet up at Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife along Eliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City. A fellow member have asked about terminology to replace the word witch as it has a bad societal stigma. Then immediately a thought came into my mind which is the word Aghama. In my Mind, the word Aghama is derived from the root word Aghama which is the english word for science on which it is derive from the word scire that means to know. At the same time, the word Witch that has a bad societal stigma is not bad at all as it is derived from the old english wicce/wicca that is related to the proto germanic word wikkaz that means wise one or seer and the old english term wit which means to know.

Then the word Aghama has been immediately added to the word Luntian thus we become Luntiang Aghama or Green Witch. So, Luntiang Aghama symbolizes a living spiritual system that honors nature, promotes healing, and revives indigenous Filipino mystical knowledge. It is not simply “green witchcraft” but a holistic spiritual ministry that integrates ancestral wisdom, ritual practice, and community healing.

Then on 2007, we come a Personal Shrine as recognized by the Correllian Nativist Church of Wicca dated February 5, 2007. Then by September 4, 2012 we have obtained our Certificate of Incorporation as Religious Corporation Sole through the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission and on December 17, 2014 we gained our Charter as a Correllian Formal Shrine in the Philippines.

Indeed, we intend to revive our Filipino Indigenous Tradition, and the Correllian Nativist Tradition have helped us setting up foundation by providing us tools in starting up our Ministry. And besides, Correllian Nativist Tradition help us to be recognized and put our Country to the Map of Magickal Spirituality in the World. The core teaching of Correllian Nativist Tradition through the Blvd. Orpheis Caroline High Correll which is to Honor and Preserve Native Spiritual Tradition have inspired us to do the same that makes our battle cry that: We have our God in the Philippines.

And on November 6, 2024- we obtain our Certificate of Incorporation as Non profit Religious Corporation which our Templong Anituhan Inc.
